JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2007, to consider the draft Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend the payment of Final Dividend for the year ended 2006-2007.The dates for the purpose of book closure of Register of Members of the Company will also be considered in the same meeting.
