Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:Subject to (i) the notes to the accounts for the year ended September 30, 2006 and (ii) the notes given in the accompanying tin audited Quarterly Financial results, nothing has come to the Auditors notice that causes them to believe that the accompanying statement of un-audited financial results prepared in accordance with other accounting standards and recognized accounting practices and policies.
