Asian Paints Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2007 (Q2) and unaudited consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2007.
2. To consider and approve the payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, October 26, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim dividend, if any.
