Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2007 together with second quarter results (Q2) as on that date for the Financial Year 2007-08.
