Dhunseri Tea - Limited Review for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2007

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

Provision for taxation including deferred tax and fringe benefit tax and on certain employee cost as per Accounting Standard (AS) 15 (Revised) on Employee Benefits not ascertained and accounted for respectively.
