Mount Everest - Limited Review For The Quarter Ended Sep 30, 2007

Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

1. The amount of Rs 294.84 Lacs debited as previous period adjustments and debit of Rs 164.98 Lacs to the current quarter are subject to the verification by the company and therefore, the Auditors could not verify the amount and any adjustment on verification proposed to be carried in the subsequent Quarter and to this extent the Auditors are unable to offer their comments on the correctness or otherwise of the adjustments or change to the revenue. Further, the same are subject to Board approval.

2. The total amounts of debtors (Rs 993.46 Lacs) are subject to confirmations and as the Company has not got them reconciled and therefore, the auditors are unable to state the extent of further adjustments required to be made in addition to the above.
