Scooters India - Limited Review For The Quarter Ended Sep 30, 2007

Scooters India Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

The Company has made provision for Gratuity & Leave Encashment amounting to Rs 72421241.00 & 44203363.00, respectively, for the half year ended 30.09.07, instead of Rs 73726616.00 & 44356607.00, respectively. Hence short provision amounting to Rs 1458619.00 (1305375.00 + 153244.00). This has resulted in the understatement of loss of the Company during the half year ended 30.09.07 by Rs 1458619.00.
