Spice Mobiles - FY 07 result by Mar 31, 2008

Spice Mobiles Ltd has informed that in respect of the last quarter of the Financial Year ending on December 31, 2007, the Company shall publish Audited Financial Results on or before March 31, 2008 (i.e. within 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the F.Y. ending on December 31, 2007).

Further, in view of the above, the Company will not be publishing the Un-audited Financial Results for the last quarter ending on December 31, 2007 and Limited Review Report thereon from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
