Television Eighteen - Limited Review For The Quarter Ended Sep 30, 2007

Television Eighteen India Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

Attention is invited to Note 5 of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 wherein for the reason stated the Company has not provided for the deferred tax asset / liability for the period ended on that date. Accordingly provision for tax is higher and profit after tax is lower by Rs 9.75 million.
