Wanbury - Limited Review For The Quarter Ended Sep 30, 2007

Wanbury Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations :

As stated in note no. 6 of the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results, the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 do not take into consideration the effect of adjustments required to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Accounting Standard 15 (Revised) on Employee Benefits issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the reasons stated therein.
