Aventis Pharma Ltd has informed that the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the financial year need not be published if the Company undertakes to publish the Audited Results for the full year within three months of the close of the financial year. Accordingly, the Company will not publish the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 and undertakes to publish the Audited Results for the year ended December 31, 2007 before March 31, 2008.
