Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 17, 2008, for considering the un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter (Q3) and nine months period ended on December 31, 2007, subject to a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors.
