Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (BRPL) has informed that the Company has decided not to place the Unaudited Financial Results for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2008 before the Board for their approval and publication thereof. Instead it has been decided that only Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 2008, will be published within June 30, 2008.
