Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has informed that the Company has decided to submit the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 within three months of end of the financial year. In view of this, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be submitted.
