Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company are proposing to take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 instead of taking on record and publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Accordingly, the Board meeting of the Company will be held on or before June 30, 2008.
