Wipro Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2008:
The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 8273 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 8184 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 38744 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 53681 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2008
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 30633 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 28421 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 139526 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 178195 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 32829 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 29423 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 152714 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 203970 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.
