Jet Airways India Ltd has informed that due to unforeseen circumstances the Audit of the Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008 will not be completed before the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled on May 23, 2008 and will, therefore, not come up for consideration at the forthcoming meeting. The results considered by the Board of Directors at their Meeting scheduled to be held on or before June 30, 2008.
