GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 20, 2008, inter alia, to consider, and take on record, the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 has been adjourned to May 21, 2008, without approving the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008.
The audited financial results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2008 will be considered and taken on record by the Board on May 21, 2008 at the adjourned Board Meeting.
However, the Company has informed that, the proposal of Amalgamation of GMR Aviation Pvt Ltd with the Company and to widen the Objects clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by including the aviation and other businesses.
The audited financial results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2008 will be considered and taken on record by the Board on May 21, 2008 at the adjourned Board Meeting.
