Oil Ltd Has Announced The Audited For The Quarter Fy O8 Results - Oct 31, 2008

Essar Oil Ltd has announced the following Un-Audited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008:

The Company has posted a Net profit for the period of Rs 260 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to net loss of Rs (140) million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 1810 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to Rs 137400 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
