Software Technology Group International Ltd has informed that the Company intends to furnish and publish the audited financial results for the year 2007-08 comprising 12 months period ended on September 30, 2008 within the stipulated period of a months of the close of the accounting year i.e. latest by December 31, 2008, thereby dispensing with the requirement of publishing of the unaudited results for the last quarter.
