Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has informed that the Company will be publishing Audited Financial Results for the year ended September 30, 2008, instead of publishing Un-audited Financial Results for the last quarter ended September 30, 2008.
Further the Company has noted that, the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2008.
