Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 19, 2008, inter-alia, to consider and take on record Annual Audited Results of the Company for the financial year ended September 30, 2008 and also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for the said financial year.
