Mastek Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 09, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider & take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending December 31, 2007.

2. To consider an Interim Dividend.

Further the Company has informed that January 16, 2008, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of interim dividend, if declared.
