SB&T International - Limited Review For The Quarter Ended Sep 30, 2007

SB&T International Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

1. The Company had not disclosed the information in the manner as required by the Accounting Standard 17 on Segment Reporting issued by the ICAI and Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.

2. In respect of investment of Rs 750 lacs in Equity Shares of Tanvin Trade Fin Pvt Ltd in the absence of required information, the Auditors are unable to comment whether the relevant disclosure has been made by the Company in respect of investment in a subsidiary company in the aforesaid investment and whether there is a fail in the value of such investment.

3. The Company had not disclosed Auditors qualifications reported in the audit report for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Auditors qualification reported in the limited review report of the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
