India Cements Ltd has informed that a meetings of the Audit Committee of the Companys Board and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2008, to consider unaudited financial results subjected to a Limited Review by the auditors of the Company, for the quarter (Q3) / 9 months ending December 31, 2007.
