R Systems International Ltd has informed that the Company has completed the last quarter of its financial year on December 31, 2007 and will publish its audited financial results in lieu of the unaudited quarterly results for the last quarter, within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year i.e. on or before March 31, 2008.
