B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed that the Management of the Company has decided to take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 instead of considering and approving the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.
Hence no Board Meeting will be convened for taking on records the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.
