Radaan Mediaworks (I) Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2008 and discussed to publish the Audited result for the year ended March 31, 2008 before June 30, 2008. Hence the Unaudited Financial results for quarter ended March 31, 2008 have not been adopted.
