Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has informed that the Company in consultation with the Statutory Auditors decided to publish the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008.
In respect of the above, the Company will not consider and publish the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
