Salzer Electronics Ltd has informed that the Company would be furnishing the Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008. Accordingly, the Un-audited results for the 4th quarter i.e., for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, is not required to be furnished.
